Note: If you are 18, yes 18, or under we need your parent present, or download this waiver and have it notarized (find a notary at a bank, real estate office, law office, get your parent / gaurdian to one of these places with the form and they will notarize it). Please don't show up without it, we'd hate to disappoint you! This is our insurance carrier's policy.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

Park is FREE to skate, ride, roller blade and starting June 1st scooters (But you better be doing back flips. Just playing).

We sell Monsters, sodas, water, burger, hotdogs and candy. (ALL MONEY IS USED TO KEEP THE PARK OPEN AND FREE. / SO WE ASK THAT YOU DON'T BRING OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS.)

Requirements=for 19 and under, WAIVER (with parent present- OR-Notorized with seal)

A HELMET is required to skate/ride the park.

The park will be closed if it is WET. (THIS IS AN OUTDOOR PARK, PLEASE CALL IF YOU ARE WONDERIF IT IS WET

OTHER THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW:

-Must be 9 years old or older to use the park
-Ages 6-8 will have special times. (please call for more info - 609-646-4693 EXT 125)
-Our insurance does not allow us to admit kids 5 and under
-Helmet only, you can wear pads if you wish

Don’t throw your board or bike
Don’t talk like a truck driver
No hating/skaters and bikers
No jumping the fence after hours
No smoking on property
No coming in with alcohol on your breath, you'll be asked to leave immediately

CONSEQUENCES DEPEND ON OFFENCE

B. Leave immediately and out for the next day
C. Leave immediately and out for a week
D. Leave immediately and out for a month
